Job ID: 2803810 | Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd
Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. With increasing complexity of today’s ecommerce and rise of opportunities, the SAS team aims to leverage the full potential of each Selling Partner on Amazon by providing leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Selling Partners to achieve their goals.
The SAS program is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Consultant who will be responsible for working with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon, offering support on launching on new programs, exploring Amazon’s marketing tools, advising on account strategy and selection listing. Given the early stage of the program, you will also be responsible for developing processes, tools and content for this service.
This is an opportunity for you to play a vital role in shaping a key growth program for Amazon Australia, developing our portfolio of solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in other countries.
