Restaurants and patrons are now experimenting with new flavours and new dishes, following chefs on Instagram etc and as a result of this, the company has been able to expand strongly in order to accommodate increasingly sophisticated international dishes. DUTIES: ensuring food products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the supply chain. This is a key role that will protect brand reputation 1. Food Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, EFSA, ISO 22000, BRCGS). Conduct food safety audits and risk assessments across production, storage, and distribution. Maintain documentation Quality Control & Standards Develop and enforce quality control procedures for raw materials and finished products. Monitor product quality through inspections, sensory evaluations, and lab testing. Resolve complaints Work with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of ingredients and packaging. 3. Supplier & Vendor Quality Management Evaluate and approve suppliers and manufacturers for quality assurance. Conduct supplier audits and ensure they meet required certifications and standards. 6.
