Our school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Year 3 class in delivering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. About the Role: As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher to ensure all pupils achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the delivery of lessons, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of pupils. Providing one-to-one or small group support, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Helping to prepare and organise classroom materials and resources. Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum. Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a love of learning. About You: We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education. Ideally has experience working in a primary school setting or with children in a similar capacity.
