You will oversee the delivery of an outstanding food and beverage experience for all of our guests ensuring high-quality service, smooth operations, and a memorable guest experience. Supervise and support the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer service are maintained at all times across all food and beverage establishments. Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction whilst addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Assist in training and developing team members, helping to create a motivated and positive work environment. Work closely with our Kitchen to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations. Evaluate current service methods and identify areas for improvement, implement innovative solutions to stay competitive and enhance customer expectations. Continuously review and adjust staffing levels to meet business demands. Hold monthly meetings to discuss operational aspects, including objectives, sales targets, standards, and maintenance. Motivate the team and provide opportunities for feedback and goal alignment. Encourage and support staff development in line with the company's equal opportunities policy. Personal Specification: Essentials Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel, spa, or restaurant environment. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Shift Patterns: 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 per week Note: We require full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
