What you'll be doing…
Business Service is a business to business function within the Service & Operations department, responsible for managing all external operational processes including partner change management, partner governance and processing of data.
We have an exciting opportunity within our small team to acquire expert product knowledge across Insurance and Energy. This also includes gaining a wider understanding of the core business, linking into commercial, financial and regulatory processes, providing exceptional insight into multiple business areas.
Working within a supportive and dynamic team to share knowledge and experience. Continuously reviewing and enhancing existing processes with the customer experience being at the heart of what we do.
You’ll be responsible for the day to day running of partner and supplier changes, identifying and mitigating risks to customers and the business whilst providing an excellent service to our business partners.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
* Experience working within a business to business facing role.
* Experience of working within the Financial sector.
* Able to show examples of working towards and achieving tasks within required timescales.
* Experience in data handling.
* A good understanding of GDPR regulations relating to customer data.
