Deputy Manager needed for busy, highly regarded, largest individual Day Nursery in Southampton
Salary: £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 45 hours/week (5 days)
The position requires leadership ability and great people skills, with the ability to communicate well and the knowledge and experience to take initiative. The deputy manager must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively take direction from their immediate manager.
You will already be qualified to at least level 3 in childcare and be a special person looking to push your way up the management ladder. You will need to display at interview that as an aspiring deputy manager you are fully aware of the demands of the role, both internally amongst your fellow staff members and externally with the demands of the EYFS, understanding OFSTED, Children's Welfare requirements, and Parents.
