As part of an exclusive talent pool, you will cover day-to-day, short-term, and long-term bookings across both Primary and Secondary schools. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-on-one or small group basis. Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and promoting student development. Help students stay focused and engaged with their work. Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, inclusive environment. Support students' physical and emotional well-being when needed. Report any concerns to appropriate staff members. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is essential. Enhanced DBS: Must hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply). Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
