About the Role:
We are seeking a CQC Compliance Manager to join our Operational Support team. You will report directly to the Manager of Operational Support and will oversee all CQC activity. Managing a small team, you will ensure we remain compliant with our regulator CQC and will support our learning disability services to meet or exceed the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a subject matter expert in the CQC regulatory framework and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
2. Design and deliver plans aligned with CQC, identifying policy and practice changes where needed.
3. Provide advice, guidance, and leadership to managers.
4. Co-ordinate all CQC activity, including ensuring timescales for all statutory returns are met.
5. Oversee a programme of internal audits, and coordinate and report on external ones.
