Reporting to the Finance Bursar, the Payroll Manager will oversee the payroll function within the School.
Main duties entail managing all aspects of the payroll function, including pensions reporting. Previous payroll experience is essential. Experience in a school role and knowledge of iTrent would be advantageous but is not essential. The successful candidate will also manage relevant payroll communications in line with School policy.
The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent management skills, and an expert working knowledge of payroll software packages. We welcome applications from candidates from a range of current roles, including those looking to progress their careers or make a move into education.
Applicants should be hardworking, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities; they should also be able to assist other roles within the team and provide cover during absences or assist during busy periods.
