EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Based in our Finham office and reporting to the Senior Programme Manager or Business Lead, the Lead Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers to deliver multiple capital engineering and construction schemes and delivering on key project outcomes across a programme of large capital engineering and construction projects.
You will provide robust leadership to enable design, procurement and construction of multiple projects as well as nurturing the development of your team and their success.

You will be a dynamic and collaborative individual with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
