The role and what youll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis: Littlefish is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Engineer located in Central/North London to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver first-rate onsite and remote support to our contract customers, resolving a wide range of technical issues across hardware, software, mobile, and print systems. From device builds to basic network/server troubleshooting, this role offers variety and the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Located in Central/North London to access our main client base Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support onsite and remotely. Resolve issues related to desktop/laptop/printer hardware, Office 365, MS Exchange, Windows 10&11, Active Directory, Apple OSX & iOS, and more. Ensure timely resolution of technical queries, in line with customer-specific SLAs. Take ownership of technical projects such as service transitions, deployments, and system updates. Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with the Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Professional Services teams. Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, while maintaining professionalism in all communications. Who You Are: Experience: Relevant experience in a similar technical support role. Communication Skills: Excellent written, phone, and face-to-face communication. Problem-Solver: Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and using your initiative to resolve situations. Adaptable: Flexible to changing work environments and willing to work outside normal hours when required. Required Qualifications: Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. Comfortable traveling around the UK to customer sites. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms.
