Main duties of the job As a Band 7 Practise Educator in Sevenacres, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality evidence based clinical education and training. You will: To demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise and leadership in respect of all colleagues. To develop and deliver programmes as identified through analysis, priority plans and feedback. To Facilitate/participate in debriefs and clinical supervision with staff. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders/peers across the Trust Embed current NHS innovation tools, Quality improvement tools and NHS leadership strategy into development of programmes.
