Job Title: Customer Services Assistant (6-month fixed term contract)
Alliance is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves providing efficient and helpful service to our customers, working within the customer service team to meet target standards. This hybrid position is based in our Chippenham office two days a week (preferably Monday and Tuesday) and reports to the Customer Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer sales orders daily according to customer requirements and align with Alloga delivery schedules.
* Resolve customer queries via email and phone promptly, including both consumers and trade clients.
* Handle daily invoicing, submit invoices to customers, and update Amazon Vendor Central.
* Perform daily cash allocations and monitor customer payments, following up as necessary on behalf of the Finance department.
* Run the PSRR spreadsheet every Friday to track out-of-stock products and potential loss of sales.
* Ensure GxP compliance within Customer Services and adhere to QMS standards.
* Participate in other customer service activities as required.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in customer service, handling inquiries via email and phone.
* Strong data management and systems skills.
* Effective communicator with good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Positive attitude towards problem-solving.
