An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person with excellent Administration & Clerical skills to join the Radiology & Imaging Administration department as a Band 3 Team Leader Fast Track Coordinator.
You will be responsible for the Fast Track bookings of all Radiology appointments as well as some Team Leader duties based at BRI in the Radiology department. You are also responsible for making sure the radiology Fast Track appointments are booked correctly and within the correct time frame, ensuring all referrals are vetted in a dedicated timescale, and liaising with Consultant Radiologists as required.
Summary of most important Experience/Skills/Qualifications required:
1. Educated to GCSE level, to include a pass in English
2. RSA 2 or equivalent experience
3. NVQ 3 in Business and Administration (or working towards), or equivalent qualification.
4. Computer skills to include keyboard skills, word, excel, data entry, database creation.
5. Experience of using the Radiology Information system CRIS and some knowledge of PACs.
