Your new role As an Account Director within the Agency Team, you’ll manage some of Global’s highest spending agencies in Local Sales, selling our full portfolio of Radio, Digital, and Outdoor products. You’ll grow and retain our existing agency base, while also identifying and winning new business opportunities. You’ll act as an expert in our diverse product offerings, serving as a trusted partner to agencies and ensuring their campaign objectives are exceeded. This field-based role puts you at the forefront of media innovation, representing iconic brands and platforms that are shaping the future of advertising. This is a field-based role within Local Sales. As an Account Director at Global, you will have: Proven experience selling to agencies at the highest level. Expertise in the sales cycle, from opening to close, and the ability to mentor others. A driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to self-generate new business leads. Exceptional listening skills and emotional intelligence to build rapport and trust. Proficiency in planning tools and Salesforce, with the ability to manage a detailed sales pipeline. Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously. Key Responsibilities Agency Growth & Relationship Management : Manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of Global’s largest regional agencies. Build a strategic growth plan tailored to each agency, reviewing progress monthly. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term partnerships. Business Development : Identify and secure new high-value agencies across your region. Source new opportunities within existing agency portfolios, driving client revenue. Campaign Planning & Execution : Submit high-quality briefs and collaborate on innovative campaign ideas. Effectively plan and book campaigns in systems like gPlan and Salesforce. Sales Excellence : Achieve and exceed KPIs, while accurately forecasting opportunities to meet revenue targets. Ensure all activity is recorded and managed within Salesforce. Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with internal support teams to deliver outstanding multi-platform campaigns. Mentor and coach Account Managers across teams as needed.
