Contracts Manager - Social Housing Planned Refurb Surrey £55K - £65K BenefitsFull-Time, Permanent position Howells are working with a leading social housing/regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties in Surrey.All projects are part of long-term frameworks or quoted works including internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens/bathrooms, window replacements, roofing renewals, cyclical decorations, full refurbs, major voids etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager looking to progress with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Supervisors, Site Managers, and multi-disciplined tradespeople Key Skills for the Contracts Manager Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget Focus on quality, customer service and deliver Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering extra works Client and tenant customer satisfaction Process Management Management of the customer Have an understanding of the financials on the contract Customer liaison skills Contracts Manager Salary & Package You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success.
