The Role
We are looking for someone who embodies our brand values, wants to get stuck in, and help make the magic happen. As our Estate Manager, you will be orchestrating everything from high-level strategies to the finer details of our Estates and Neighbourhoods.
Responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Planning: Create and launch a cohesive Estate Management strategy.
2. Health and Safety, Compliance & Regulation: Keeping up to date with legal requirements and overseeing daily H&S operations.
3. Procurement: Implementing procurement strategy and managing risks.
4. ESG & Sustainability Goals: Aligning our estates activities with the company's ESG goals.
5. Team Management: Supporting and training our Estates teams.
6. Stakeholder Management: Building solid relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
7. Governance Management: Handling all legal and contractual requirements.
Personal Specifications:
* Experience managing large properties and external estates.
* Driving quality and compliance across an organization.
* 5+ years’ experience in estates management within the residential sector.
* Membership in a recognized professional body.
