Tide Partnership are working with a pioneering specialist care provider in their search for a new Operations Director, to join as a partner in for one of their new businesses opening in Essex. This is a unique joint venture opportunity!
The Role
As the Operations Director you'll become a director and shareholder of your own business, leading a specialist clinic and surgical centre. Working alongside clinical and operations experts, you'll deliver top-tier patient care while ensuring the long-term success of your clinic. Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Business Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specialist clinic and surgical centre, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent patient care delivery.
2. Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
3. Financial Management: Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability management.
4. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.

Job Criteria - Essential:
1. Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, specifically in a surgical environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, setting objectives and targets for business growth and success.
3. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience in managing budgets and ensuring profitability is important.
4. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
5. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
8. Experience in identifying and capitalising on opportunities for business growth and expansion, with a focus on attracting new patients and enhancing the clinic's reputation.
