Your opportunity
Fabrication Scheduler
M2P Engineering | Salisbury, QLD | Full-Time, Permanent Position
As our Fabrication Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in managing schedules across our growing portfolio of fabrication projects. You’ll develop and maintain a master schedule, monitor workshop utilisation, and ensure that everything flows seamlessly between our workshops and installation sites. Your ability to coordinate and plan ahead will be key to delivering quality outcomes, on time and within budget.
Based at our Salisbury workshop, you’ll use your scheduling expertise to drive efficiency and streamline operations, helping M2P grow while keeping projects on track.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Developing and maintaining the master schedule for all fabrication projects.
2. Reporting on progress for active projects to keep all teams aligned.
3. Integrating fabrication and installation schedules for seamless execution.
4. Monitoring and reporting on labour requirements, utilisation, and productivity in our workshops.
5. Building schedules for upcoming tenders and reporting on the project pipeline.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
1. Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage data and reporting effectively.
3. Strong communication skills to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Ideally, you will also have:
1. Experience scheduling fabrication projects.
2. A track record of managing a portfolio of projects and maintaining master programmes.
3. Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field.
