We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our PFI team based in North East London, As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the management team, supporting the FM team in delivery of the contractual requirements. Your day to day will include:
* Plan and prioritise workload to achieve service delivery in line with contract KPI/SLA's
* Attend monthly financial contract review meetings
* Responsible for financial performance of contract/s and maximise margin
* Development of strategies to fully maximise the benefits available from the utilisation of directly employed and subcontractors
You have extensive experience in the PFI Facilities Management sector
* You have an in-depth knowledge and experience in building services, statutory regulations and compliance
* You have a good understanding of Health & Safety
* You have experience of Benchmarking/Market Testing
