Key Responsibilities
:
Manage a varied caseload of Real Estate Finance matters, including but not limited to drafting security documents, carrying out due diligence, working on remortgages, transfer of equity, sales and purchases.
Handling your own caseload from instruction to post completion.
Preparing finance and banking documents.
Qualifications + Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate Finance Paralegal.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Experience with Land Registry and Companies House.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
