Your Role:
* Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision, ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed.
* Oversee the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.
* Work with staff to provide differentiated teaching strategies and ensure inclusion throughout the school.
* Support and guide SEN staff, offering professional development and fostering a collaborative approach.
What We Need From You:
* A qualified teacher with experience in SEN leadership or coordination.
* A deep understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
