Position summary / Main purpose of the role:
A broad and varied HRBP role, working as part of the European HR team, supporting UK client groups across two locations.
The role supports all facets of HR including talent acquisition & onboarding, learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, wellbeing and employee engagement.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Close involvement with the business managing both strategic and operational HR activity.
2. Team player supporting HR European team with various projects and driving good HR practice
3. Partnering, coaching and advising managers on HR practice.
4. Support recruitment & onboarding processes
5. Ensuring labour legislation compliance which may include policy/ procedure review and updates.
6. Support learning & development activity
7. Support with employee communications
8. HR activity related to reorganizations
9. HR projects support and associated change management
10. Initiate and process changes on Oracle HCM
11. Supporting initiatives to improve the employee engagement
12. Create and maintain employee files/ records
13. Liaising with payroll in support of monthly payroll
14. Benefits work and administration
15. Communicating with various external partners
Required Qualifications:
16. Bachelor’s degree
17. CIPD qualification
18. Possesses good working knowledge of UK employment laws and market practices
19. Strong employee relations experience
20. Strong collaborator who can also work independently
21. At least 5 years of experience in a Business Partnering role, preferably in a international environment.
22. Good stakeholder management, able to influence and use discretion
23. Able to work at an operational and strategic level.
24. Project management experience
25. HRIS experience, Oracle desirable
26. Confident with MS Office suite
27. Flexible, meticulous with a strong bias for action.
28. Strong communications and critical thinking skills
29. Good business acumen
