Role and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Person Specification:
1. Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
2. A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
3. Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level (although NQTs are also welcome to apply).
4. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging for all students.
5. A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel safe, confident, and challenged.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
7. Passionate about inspiring students to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.
