What We're Looking For:
1. Expertise in Governance & Compliance: Solid experience in governance, compliance, and risk management, ideally within housing or the public sector.
2. Attention to Detail: Exceptional administrative skills, with experience in minute-taking and high-level coordination.
3. Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as Data Protection, Money Laundering, and similar compliance areas.
4. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.
5. Professionalism & Discretion: You'll be working with confidential information, so we need someone who can handle sensitive matters with tact and integrity.
6. A Solutions-Focused Mindset: You'll be expected to think on your feet, solve challenges, and contribute to a forward-thinking team.
