One way to make this a reality is to make digital services and technologies available bilingually. Following the Welsh language technology action Plan (2018-23), the Welsh Government is now committed to continuing to develop and implement Welsh language technologies for this purpose. Job description Lead on the development and implementation of bilingual technology tools and resources. Administer the associated funding through the management and monitoring of technology grants. Lead on relationships with external companies and organisations. Work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to increase the availability of Welsh language digital content. Present the team's work at conferences and events. Contribute to other tasks within the Cymraeg 2050 Division as required. Person specification This is an opportunity to lead on new and exciting work in the development of bilingual services and technologies. The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop skills in project management and public speaking, for example. As part of a busy policy team in a high-profile area, there will be opportunities to work with other departments in Welsh Government and externally. This is a Welsh Essential post.
