We are currently working with several authorities in the Assessment / MASH team across the South East who are looking to grow their teams with Locum workers. These positions offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assessing the needs of children and families as well as developing effective support plans. * Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs of individuals and families.
* Develop and implement tailored care plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
* Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
* Provide advocacy and guidance to clients accessing social services.
* SWE registration
