The Senior HR Advisor will support the HR Manager with all day-to-day operational activities, as well as implementing the site HR strategy and a variety of people projects.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the HR Manager with all day-to-day operational HR activities
* Provide support and coaching to line managers on all ER issues (disciplinaries, sickness/ absence management, performance, grievance)
* Provide general HR advisory support to the wider business
* Support on any complex HR and ER processes and queries
* Deal with a range of general HR queries, ensuring that processes are consistent processes
* Manage HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, induction and compliance
* Maintain accurate internal records to ensure compliance with GDPR
* Maintain knowledge of changes in employment law and best practice
* Support on a variety of HR projects and initiatives
Profile
* Previous experience in a hands-on HR generalist or advisory role
* Excellent knowledge of employment law
* Excellent ER experience
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* CIPD qualification, or equivalent level of experience
Job Offer
* Salary £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
