Finance AssistantGarforth£25,00012 Month FTCElevation Accounting and Finance are working with a leading innovating in their respective field looking to bring an additional Finance Assistant to their team on a 12 month FTC.To be successful you will be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to make decisions autonomously, and in line with company policies and strategic direction. Duties of Finance Assistant: - To manage to the day to day activities in relation to the vendor ledger- Process employee expenses and mileage returns and general management and administration of the online expenses system- To process daily bank payments and receipts ensuring reconciliation with SAP and bank statements.- To process incoming customer payments and account allocations.- To deal with accounting queries both internal and externally in a timely and professional manner.- To keep accurate accounting records and files for year-end audit purposes.- Undertake and maintain a working knowledge of the SAP system in the areas relating to your role.
