SmartWatch Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our Manned Guarding Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key division within a well-established security solutions provider.

Location: Remote / Leeds Office
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Company Car, Phone & Laptop Provided
31 Days Holiday (incl. Bank Holidays), Rising to 33 Days Over 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional service delivery
Oversee and support the performance of our security guards and subcontractors
Plan and manage guard rotas, ensuring full site coverage and operational efficiency
Handle the day-to-day management of multiple sites across the UK
Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

About You:
Proven experience in security operations or team/site management
