Job Title: Lead Electrical Estimator
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 (including additional company benefits)

A leading, engineering-led Building Services Contractor, recognised for its strong company culture and robust career progression opportunities, is actively seeking a Lead Electrical Estimator to join their expert team. With a turnover of circa £70 million, they operate across key sectors in London, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and hotel and leisure developments.
The company has cultivated a strong pipeline of projects in collaboration with both established and new tier-one principal contractors, with project values ranging from £10 million to £30 million MEP. As part of their strategic growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to help elevate the business to new heights.

Responsibilities/Skills & Experience
1. Minimum of 7 years' experience in an Electrical Estimating role.
2. Proficiency in researching materials, equipment, and labour costs.
3. Experience with Trimble or Contract Master is ideal; however, experience with other estimating software is also acceptable.
4. Strong Excel skills are beneficial.
5. Ability to liaise with clients to gather project requirements.
6. Skilled in gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
7. Capable of assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations.
8. Proven track record of maintaining excellent relationships with clients and site teams.
9. Competent in analysing company data, exchange rates, and prices using various software packages.
10. Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
11. Attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly.
12. Monitoring project stages to ensure costs align with forecasts.
