THE ROLE: Apple Training Lead Job Summary: The Apple Training Lead is responsible for the strategic implementation, and delivery of Apple training and development programs to support the continuous growth and success of the employees across Presidio sales and technical teams. The role lead reports into the Apple Practice strategy lead and works collaboratively with the Apple Practice team on delivery of Apple solutions and services to enterprise customers. Management of the approved Apple training partner and management of the delivery of training to end customers. There is a focus on the management of the required Apple training for the Presidio Apple reseller AAER status and compliance. This role requires a proactive and innovative leader who can assess the organization’s training needs, develop customized learning solutions, and enhance employee skills and knowledge. The Training Lead will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with the Presidio business goals and objectives. Presidio are intending to implement a graduate program; the training lead will also be responsible for the program management of the graduate program at Presidio. Job Responsibilities: Training Strategy and Development: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with agreed outcomes and objectives. Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for development across departments. Develop training roadmaps and programs that support both technical and soft skills development aligned to department and role requirements. Program Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, e-learning modules. Implement and manage training programs, ensuring a high standard of quality, engagement, and effectiveness. Coordinate with internal and external trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to deliver programs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to assess training needs. Communicate with various teams to ensure alignment of training programs with departmental and corporate objectives. Engage stakeholders in feedback collection and continuous improvement of training programs. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Collaborate with the central Presidio team managing the LMS, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible. Track and report on training participation, progress, and outcomes to measure impact. Utilise data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for training improvement. Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of learning and growth within the organization. Support team members in their professional development, encouraging best practices in training delivery. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary. Gather and analyse feedback from training participants to improve learning experiences. Stay informed on industry trends, new learning methodologies, and tools to continuously innovate and enhance the training function. Required Skills: Strong project management skills with experience in training program development and implementation. Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment.â Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: 5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Certifications: Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or talent development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar) are a plus.
