Marketing Activation Manager – UK&I Function: Marketing & Innovation Reporting to: Regional Head of Marketing – Central Europe (UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands) Line reports: N/A Position: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time Paulig is an international food & beverage company. We are seeking a Marketing Activation Manager to help us continue to build the future of food. You will be based in Milton Keynes, and report to the Regional Head of Marketing for Central Europe. You will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland and the UK & Ireland. In this role as Marketing Activation Manager, you will own the creation and execution of marketing activations. The main target of this role is to secure strong 360 planning and execution of marketing activations to deliver on growth ambitions and drive share of market. What you will do: Act as business partner for the local Commercial team in securing implementation of the UK&I commercial plan with customers Convert marketing strategy to a UK&I marketing plan with strong category impact based on financial understanding Secure implementation of the UK&I marketing plan in line with central guidelines and toolbox Secure excellence in execution for new product and selling concept launches, relaunches, campaigns and activations Localise product and concept selling stories & launch deliverables. Drive internal launch to local organisation and customers Responsible for activation (based on key visuals, message framework & campaign guidelines) including local communication assets Project management, delivery & production – internal and external partners Give input to the media brief in the yearly planning process Manage day to day relationship with external marketing partners Follow-up allocated budgets, marketing activation objectives and take actions to improve the ROI Be a local market expert and translate customer observations into insights What we expect from you: You would be a great fit for us if your background and experience looks similar to this: Business-manager minded marketing expert with Foodservice or FMCG business background At least 3-7 years’ experience in a marketing role International mindset, business-minded, inspiring, innovative, analytical and result oriented. Self-motivated, structured and ability to make things happen. Consumer and customer minded. Fact based and analytical, self-driven, motivated and a team player, Degree or equivalent gained in relevant field Good copywriting skills – the ability to create copy or adapt from centrally provided content Fluent in English – spoken and written Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Confident working with external marketing agencies & customers Who will you work with: Local commercial and marketing teams Local support functions including finance and customer services Central Brand & Portfolio and Marketing teams Internal community of peers External: local marketing agency partners, media, local customers At Paulig, we value every person as an individual and a professional and expect the same from you.
