We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel settings is advantageous.
Responsibilities
1. Perform thorough cleaning of client rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
3. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a tidy environment.
4. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
5. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries with professionalism.
6. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
7. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
