Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Humanities subjects
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assess and provide feedback on students' progress
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in a relevant Humanities subject
* Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant Humanities subject
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience using technology in the classroom
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. The teacher may be required to participate in extracurricular activities and parent meetings outside regular school hours.
