As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chairman and other stakeholders to drive the companys commercial and financial strategy, support business growth, and maintain robust financial controls.
ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead our finance function as we undergo a period of growth.

This is a full-time, permanent role, fully based at the Head Office near Sevenoaks, Kent, so you will need to be able to commute to this location on a daily basis.

ABOUT YOU: You will be an experienced senior level professional, ideally with experience within the sectors in which we operate, and hold a strategic mindset.
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), with current membership in good standing or be able to show demonstrable historical achievements that align with all the requirements of the role.
You will hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements, as well as leadership and people management skills.
Youll also hold proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence others.
You will hold solid financial management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and proven strategic and commercial acumen.
Youll need to have a proven track record of managing multi-entity financial structures, with exposure to substantial commercial shift within an organisation (such as opening new operating units, new territories, major channel shifts, or business acquisition / divestments).
With the ability to negotiate, influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, you will hold an awareness of corporate functions, the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and strong report writing and data analysis skills.
You will also hold strong coaching / mentoring skills, and a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
You will need to hold a full driving licence, and be able to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
