With a vibrant and engaged customer base, they're focused on delivering exceptional experiences—from product discovery to long-term retention. You’ll take ownership of their CRM strategy from planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that engage customers and drive loyalty. From onboarding to post-purchase, you’ll shape the full lifecycle journey through targeted email marketing and segmentation. You will lead a team of 2 and will look to grow the team further. Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to retention. Develop and refine automated workflows that deliver the right message at the right time. Use segmentation and behavioural data to personalise campaigns and improve relevance. Collaborate with brand, content, design, and product teams to ensure emails are aligned, impactful, and on-brand. Set clear campaign goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing and experimentation. Analyse customer data to surface insights and inform future CRM strategy. Share learnings across the team to help shape broader marketing and product decisions. Experience A blend of creative instinct and analytical thinking—you know how to tell a story and optimise a funnel. Proven experience delivering engaging email campaigns that go beyond conversions. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar. Strong copywriting skills—your emails sound human, clear, and on-brand. Solid organisation and project management skills. A collaborative, team-first attitude with great communication skills.
