YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM?
As the Shop Manager, you set the tone for the shop, creating a fun environment which our customers love to be in, whilst driving yourself and your team to achieve shop targets. You will provide full operational support, direction, and guidance to your shop, ensuring that every customer who walks into a Paddy Power shop has a memorable experience, tailoring the service to meet individual needs.
We are constantly exploring new ways to drive the business to adapt to Retail's ever-evolving Online presence. We want people who will embrace technology and promote our online products and services within our shops while providing an exceptional customer journey.

4. Be a clear communicator by encouraging colleagues to share ideas on improving processes.
5. Ensure the shop complies with Social Responsibility commitments.
6. Lead by example and drive your team to maintain shop presentation standards.
