Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Mostly working from home with induction and monthly meetings held in Leicester)
Contract: Temporary until 30/09/2025
Working Hours: 9am - 17:00pm
Payrate: £12.82ph

We are looking for a Regional Learning and Development Coordinator to join our client based in Leicester.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Act as the first point of contact for Learning & Development queries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
2. Work closely with key stakeholders and site leads to support training compliance and development needs.
3. Organise and manage training sessions, including liaising with training providers.
4. Monitor training attendance and compliance, escalating issues where necessary.
5. Provide reports and insights on learning events, costs, and compliance.
6. Support colleagues with LMS (Learning Management System) queries and training.
7. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the Learning & Development function.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong administration and coordination skills, with experience in a similar role.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Experience using a Learning Management System (Desirable).
6. Ability to travel across the region as required.
