Job Description:
We work with ASOSers across finance and the business to bring together a clear view of our financial performance and what we need to plan for in the future. We support senior leaders across ASOS to make good decisions, providing high-quality insights, working on a range of exciting projects and key strategic programmes. We challenge and support the business to maintain control of our operating costs, ensuring we’re efficient as a business and deliver profit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning relevant areas of our monthly and annual reporting processes, ensuring that we accurately report our opex costs; engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand their spend and providing appropriate commentary and analysis.
* Coordinating forecasting for relevant areas, working with finance and non-finance colleagues to ensure that our detailed forecasts align to expected requirements and that all deadlines are met.
* Coaching and supporting the development of the FA and AFA in the team to ensure they’re effectively contributing to the work of the team and developing the skills and experience they need to grow.
* Performing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support on projects, initiatives and other processes.
About You:
* Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with exposure to a range of finance disciplines.
* Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively build productive relationships across finance teams.
* Experience business partnering a range of functions, providing insightful and clear reporting and successfully influencing behaviours to support the achievement of financial objectives.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level alongside an appreciation of other FP&A and financial reporting solutions.
* Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to produce high quality professional reporting for senior executives.
* High level of ownership, taking accountability for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work.
* Strong organisational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and keeping customers updated on progress of requests.
