Site Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - Essex & London

My client is a reputable drylining company established for over 10 years, with a turnover of £10m. They are looking to continue this growth in the coming years and have a wide range of project portfolios including Education, Commercial, Residential, and Healthcare.
As they experience significant growth, they are seeking an experienced intermediate site manager to join their team to allow the business to progress further.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for site management and on-site subcontractors for contracts based in London and the South-East surrounding areas.
2. You will work under a senior contracts manager, organizing day-to-day activities on site and reporting to your senior.
3. This role will suit someone coming from a trade background looking for a career move.
Experience/Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate must have 5 years’ experience within the construction industry with a drylining background.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Must hold an SMSTS or H&S equivalent.
4. High ambition/drive to achieve to the best of their ability.
5. Ability to manage employees in a supportive manner and report to a senior contracts manager on relevant matters.
6. Proficient in using a laptop including office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
7. Flexible on working times.
8. Must hold a valid full UK driving license and have the right to work in the UK.
