We are looking for resilient, caring and experienced Behaviour Mentor to work in our client’s Alternative Provision setting, supporting students aged 11 to 16 with a variety of needs.
You will be expected to work between 8:15am and 4pm, 5 days a week with an immediate start. This role involves providing specific support for either individual students or small groups including providing interventions for behaviour support. Flexibility and staying calm under pressure are a must for this role as no two days look the same!
As part of this role, you will need to communicate with teachers, parents and students to ensure everyone’s needs are correctly met. This will require great communication skills and time management. As a Behaviour Mentor, the school will expect you to be willing to get involved with every aspect of school life and supporting the students.
