Due to the progression of our existing staff we are looking for passionate people to be the first voice of the company in our Contact Centre here at Trinity House, Lowestoft
Full time 37 hours
Salary up to £28,410 depending on experience
Start date Monday 11 November 2024
You will be working in a fun fast paced environment where you will be answering a variety of inbound calls ranging from taking payments, moving house, meter queries to providing debt advice.
Don’t worry if you have never worked in a Contact Centre before we’re interested in what you can bring to the role and full paid training will be provided. These roles are a great starting point to a career with us at Essex & Suffolk Water. We will provide you with the tools and skills you need to develop and succeed.
