Job Title: Senior CRM Executive
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 | London (Hybrid Working)
Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with an International Law firm who are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in CRM systems to take a central role in managing and optimising the firm's CRM operations to support key business objectives.
Day to day responsibilities;
Collaborate with the CRM Manager to integrate the CRM system effectively across various teams, regions, and business areas.
Oversee and manage CRM data change requests, ensuring consistent, high-quality data across the system.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve CRM data quality practices and overall system efficiency.
Work closely with internal development teams on integrations and ensure smooth data flows between systems.
Manage onboarding processes for new hires, teams, and offices, including data migration and system synchronisations.
Assist in maintaining the system's performance through regular updates and testing, ensuring it is working optimally for users.
Contribute to the firm's data retention and management strategies, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers to maximise the firm's use of CRM add-ons and additional functionalities.
Serve as the CRM system ambassador, providing training and guidance to staff across the firm on how to use the system effectively.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver CRM training sessions for new employees, as well as ongoing workshops for current staff.
Create training materials, guides, and tipsheets, and contribute to a CRM-focused newsletter to share best practices across the firm.
Required Skills and Experience:
Solid experience with CRM systems (familiarity with InterAction is highly desirable, but experience with other systems such as Salesforce may be considered.
Experience in Legal OR Professional services is ESSENTIAL
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + benefits
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
