As a Hire Coordinator based in Boldon you’ll be responsible for:
Day-to-day management of hire contracts ensuring all hire items are delivered, collected, or exchanged on time
Coordinating customer service and the repairs business, helping to drive new revenue streams
Liaising with the engineering team to ensure all hire equipment is serviced and repaired in a timely manner
Assisting in the planning of deliveries and collections with the Operations Managers
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm.

Strong organisational skills
Previous administration and customer service experience is essential
Previous experience in a hire role or a coordinator role is desirable
