Role Overview:
The Talent Set is thrilled to be working with a leading membership organisation as they search for a Senior Marketing Executive. This is a rare 12-month, part-time opportunity offering hybrid working in Buckinghamshire and an April start date.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that drive membership growth, engagement, and retention. Working closely with the wider marketing and business development teams, as well as external consultants, you will ensure campaigns align with organisational goals and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support membership and corporate partnership growth and retention.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to create structured marketing plans with clear, measurable objectives.
3. Lead the development of compelling marketing materials, including branding, content, graphics, and videos.
4. Manage campaign processes, including brand and design assets, customer engagement journeys, and website content.
5. Oversee the implementation of campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, and print.
6. Analyse and optimise live campaigns to improve effectiveness and inform future strategies.
7. Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, including cost of acquisition and engagement metrics.
8. Act as the key internal contact for campaign communication and updates.
9. Produce post-campaign analysis reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
10. Provide data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
11. Use analytics to assess audience engagement and inform marketing channel decisions.
12. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to enhance marketing activities.
13. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing colleagues.
14. Support the development and implementation of marketing plans in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager.
15. Deputise for the Product Marketing Manager as required.
16. Ensure effective allocation of resources to deliver timely and well-structured campaigns.
Person Specification:
17. 3 to 5 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in a membership environment.
18. Proven experience in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing.
19. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
20. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
21. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
22. Experience using CRM databases and marketing analytics tools.
