We are seeking an experienced Sales & Events Executive to join our team at Mallows Beverages. Founded in 2021, Mallows Beverages has fast become a key player in the UK spirits scene, with over 30 product and business awards to its name. We have recently expanded to producing soft drinks, too. Our facility is situated in Coedely, Rhondda Cynon Taf. Here we create our brands as well as contract bottling for customers from across the UK.

This role combines four exciting elements:
- On-Trade Sales: Drive distribution and support sales in bars, pubs, and wholesalers across the UK.
- Ecommerce: Boost online sales through our website, Amazon, and third-party retailers.
- Events: Represent Mallows as a brand ambassador at festivals, engaging with customers and showcasing our products.
- Retail Sampling: Host sampling sessions at major retailers, connecting customers with our products.

ROLE COMPETENCIES:
* A passion for a sales role in a sales and event environment.
* Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Good communication skills with an ability to engage with external & internal customers at all levels.
* Excellent time management with the ability to multi- task, prioritise and plan effectively.
* A mindset that will make the right decision for the long term.
* Ability to drive a van with confidence.
* Welsh-speaking is preferable but not essential.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Events or Sales experience, ideally within the drinks industry.
* Full UK driving licence.
* This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organisational and communication skills - a passion for engaging with the general public and being a brand ambassador for our business!
Location: On-site and field-based.
Schedule: 5 days a week.
Typical weekly structure varies for example-
Week 1: Monday-Wednesday Ecommerce, Thursday On-Trade, Friday Sampling
Week 2: Wednesday Ecommerce, Thursday On-Trade, Friday Sampling, Saturday & Sunday Festival Event
Base salary: £24,000 with an exceptionally strong commission structure, offering significant earning potential and rewards for outstanding performance.
