Our client is a well-established manufacturing business in Co Antrim who now have a new opening for a Production Supervisor.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who wish to further their career in Production Supervision in a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will join a team of results driven, enthusiastic individuals, and should have supervisory experience gained within manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee shop floor operations to ensure the business is operating to agreed standards and procedures.
* Manage and develop the team to ensure continuous adherence to production and efficiency targets
* Responsible for promoting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
* Report KPI information
* Maintaining quality and health and safety standards.
Criteria:
* Proven supervisory experience in a production environment
* Strong leadership skills
* Previous experience of continuous improvement is highly desirable
