What you’ll do:
1. Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
2. Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients, providing support with meeting room booking, connectivity, and hospitality.
3. Co-ordinate and connect, offering site knowledge and signposting queries to the required teams.
4. Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health and Safety practices, reporting issues as required.
5. Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance.
What you bring:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.
2. A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
3. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
