We are presenting a new and exciting opportunity for a highly organised and meticulous Deputy Chief Operating Officer to join the team in Basingstoke.

As a Deputy Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in standardising, digitalising, and integrating platforms to improve service delivery, drive operational efficiency, and foster innovation. You will oversee the Operations & Customer Services Teams for both lending and deposits, as well as the Debt Recovery Team, ensuring all operations align with the regulatory framework. Additionally, you will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to manage operational projects.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills to shape the future of the Bank's operational infrastructure.
Requirements
1. Relevant academic and professional qualifications (Banking, Finance, or related field).
2. Previous experience in a senior level operations manager position within banking, finance or related industries.
3. Strong understanding of finance and banking regulations.
4. Proven track record in managing complex projects, risks, and dependencies.
5. Ability to build rapport with key internal and external stakeholders and handle challenging situations.
6. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
7. Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Basingstoke.
